So, switching between rows calls both methods (because the index and the
set of selected objects are changing), but re-sorting the displaygroup
(assuming this causes the index to change) calls
displayGroupDidChangeSelection because the selected index changes, but
the selected set remains the same.

Does any of the oldtimers here know, what the real life difference
between the EODisplayGroup (WODisplayGroup maybe also) delegate
methods displayGroupDidChangeSelection: and
displayGroupDidChangeSelectedObjects:. Or more specifically, what
would be a case where one would be called and not the other.
